The first part of the course was about
exploring the textile, and the word care. By
adding material to the textile, it emerged an interesting relationship between
the hard material and the soft fabric. With these structures there is new
possibilities when it comes to flexibility and movement.
In design proposal the material will be used
to create a blanket for patients, and in that way afford care. By manipulating
the properties of the textile, it can be used in new ways as seen in the sketches
below. It has been identified key partners and core values for further
development of the project, through tools as stakeholder analysis and the 3C´s
model.
